- With a knife, peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely. Then take a frying pan and add coriander seeds, cumin seeds and cook them without oil. Keep them aside once cooked.
- Then in a deep saucepan, add a splash of oil. Add chopped garlic cloves into it. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- In that time, instead of waiting, grind the roasted seeds into a fine powder in a grinder that their flavors merge and give a united taste.
- Add this fine powder into the garlic mixture and fry. Now add salt, chili flakes, sugar, and turmeric.
- At last, add more oil into this mixture and let it burn for 3-5 minutes. Make a mixture of thick consistency.
