  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

  1. In a medium-sized pan, mix the sugar with melted butter. Whisk well, Also add graham cracker crumbs to this mixture.
  2. Mix well and pour the mixture into a baking pan. Bake it in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Without turning off the oven, take it out of the oven and let stand.
  4. Then in a baking dish put the potatoes and bake in the already heated oven until tenderized up to the middle. Check using a toothpick or fork.
  5. By using cold water cool the potatoes and puree them after peeling.
  6. In a small clean bowl, mix the cream cheese with white sugar. Instead of mixing blend them together properly.
  7. Add sour cream to this blended mixture, half a cup of cream, and the potato puree which you just made and air-cooled.
  8. One by one break the eggs and beat them in the mixture. Once your filling is ready, pour this prepared filling into the cheesecake crust.
  9. Once done, bake in the oven at the temperature of 350 degrees.
  10. After the baking, there is no working of the oven so you can turn it off and continue your recipe. Let the baked cheesecake stand for an hour at least.
  11. For the topping, melt sugar in butter by heating and adding cream and nuts to it. Drizzle this topping over the cheesecake so that it will make a whole coating over it.
