  1. You have to prepare the dough one night before the actual day so that the dough will get enough time to settle.
  2. So on the previous night, in a bowl add all the dough ingredients including whole wheat flour, oat flour, and yeast, and sprinkle the salt in it.
  3. Next add all sorts of seeds including flax seeds, chia seeds, and sunflower seeds, and mix everything well.
  4. A dough will form and you have to knead keenly to attain a smooth textured dough.
  5. Cover the top of the dough bowl with the plastic wrap and left overnight.
  6. On the next day, you will see that your dough is soft and bubbly due to the addition of lukewarm water in it.
  7. Turn the dough into an oval shape. If the dough is sticking to your hands and you are facing difficulty in handling the dough so you can sprinkle some flour over it.
  8. Bring the greased baking sheet and put the dough on it. Sprinkle again with some more flour.
  9. Cover the oval-shaped dough and left for 2-3 hours.
  10. Then in your preheated oven, bake the bread in the oven at a temperature of 450 degrees for just half an hour.
