Make this super quick and easy Taco Bell nacho cheese sauce at home and enjoy with nachos, tacos, fried potatoes, tortilla chips, or burritos. This recipe makes four servings and takes just a few minutes to ready.
It is healthier than the heavy nacho cheese sauce available at Taco Bell and tastes so much like the fast-food restaurant’s cheese sauce.
There are only four ingredients required for this homemade cheese sauce. The main ingredient is cheese dip and we are using 1 jar of Cheez Whiz cheese. If you do not have Cheez Whiz cheese, you can use Velveeta or any plain cheese.
The milk adds more creaminess to this sauce and brine from pickled jalapenos gives a little heat to the flavor and cayenne pepper is used for a little peppery spice.
