- 1/2 pound all-beef hot dogs, ground

- 1/2 cup or more cold water
- 1/2 tablespoon grounded cinnamon
Method to make Texas Hot Weiner Sauce
- Take a large-sized stock pot, fill it with water and add the grounded hot dogs to it. To season it up, make the addition of red pepper flakes, onion powder, salt, and chili powder.
- To proceed further, pour in some vinegar and shower the paprika into it.
- Add white pepper, thyme, and black pepper. Sprinkle the oregano and then stir using a wooden spoon to mix thoroughly.
- Put the stockpot on high heat on the stovetop and after boiling it, cook for 45 minutes to develop all the necessary flavors in it.
- After simmering for 45 minutes, add a little quantity of cornstarch in cold water and then pour it into the stock pot.
- Stir and cook to get the thickened sauce. You can cook for up to 15 more minutes if required.
