  • 6 oz condensed Mushroom soup
  • 1 cup soybean oil
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 8 oz portobello mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 2 tsp granulated salt
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder

Making of Mushroom Sauce

  1. Squeeze the soybean oil in a saucepan and heat it at a low flame. Mix water with the mushroom soup in a container and set the liquid aside.
  2. After about a minute of heating, add finely chopped portobello mushrooms into this oil and cook while stirring constantly.
  3. After frying for 2-3 minutes, add a cup of flour to the pan. Mix well. Prevent the flour from getting brown.
  4. Then in the next step, add the water and mushroom soup mixture to this pan. Whisk the mixture continuously until it gets boiled.
  5. Continue to cook the mixture for 5 more minutes. To spice up your sauce, add garlic powder, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  6. Merge them well with the rest of the sauce.

  1. First of all grill your chicken after coating it with oil on both sides. After being grilled place the chicken in the baking dish. Then cover each breast piece with a slice of Jack cheese.
  2. Bake until the cheese melts. This step is followed by getting it out of the oven and dropping the mushroom sauce along with the grated cheese over the chicken pieces.
