  1. For making a perfect salsa, preheat your oven. Maintain a temperature of 375 degrees for perfect results.
  2. Bring a baking pan and light it with a baking sheet. Put the tomatillos on this baking sheet.
  3. Also, you should put or spread the minced garlic over the baking sheet along with these tomatillos.
  4. Put the filled baking pan in the preheated oven. Continue baking this combo of two for half an hour at least as both of them require more than 25 minutes to get merged and cooked.
  5. Now after baking and a few minutes of air cooling, turn on your food processor, and add the baked garlic and tomatillo mixture to this food processor.
  6. The process is at high speed.
  7. Now add the red chili powder to add the actual flavor to your salsa.
  8. Along with the red chili powder, pour some of the lime juice and also add the cumin at the same time. Add the seasonings like salt and pepper.
  9. Process again at medium speed to get a smooth mixture.
  10. In the end, make the addition of Tabasco to your mixture.
  11. At medium speed, you will get a smooth pulpy, and thick salsa. Take it out of the processor, transfer it to the bowl and refrigerate before serving.
