FAQs?
How do my meatballs get denser?
The eggs added to the meat makes the meatball denser once they are cooked. And it is okay to add 3-4 eggs in 1 pound of meat as it makes your balls soft and spongy which is good for you.
Why my meatballs are dry?
Overcooking is the basic reason for your meatballs to get dry. Do not overcook them and also keep the heat medium while cooking and do not let the simmer for a long time.
