Trader Joe’s Bruschetta sauce is in my dip collection in the lower section of my refrigerator, as this dip is super luscious and finger-licking to stuff my bread with. Whenever I feel hungry and find nothing to eat, I bring my French loaf and top it with this homemade Trader Joe’s Bruschetta sauce to fill my appetite, and as food makes me happy, I instantly get energetic and full of joy.
The sauce I make is not spicy as I like fewer spices in my food and therefore can be served quickly to your elders. Just mix in all the organic ingredients and get this sauce prepared to keep in your refrigerator.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 tablespoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup basil leaves
- 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 5 garlic cloves
- 6 Roma tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
For the Toasts
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 baguette
Method to make the Trader Joe’s Bruschetta Sauce
Step 1:
First, use a cutter to slice the tomatoes, and then you should chop these sliced tomatoes.
Step 2:
Drain the excess water from the chopped tomatoes.
Step 3:
Add the tomatoes in a medium-sized bowl.
Step 4:
Bring the basil leaves and chop them. Add the basil leaves to the tomatoes in the same bowl.
Step 5:
Mince the garlic cloves in the next step.
Step 6:
Add a small number of minced cloves to the extra virgin olive oil and set aside.
Step 7:
Add the remaining minced garlic to the tomato mixture in the bowl.
Step 8:
Pour the extra virgin olive oil into the mixture and add seasonings, including salt and pepper.
Step 9:
Mix well and set aside. Then, cut a big slice of French bread diagonally to make the toast.
Step 10:
Put all the sliced bread pieces in the baking dish and brush them with the oil. Spread cheese over them and then bake them.
Step 11:
Bring the bread slices out of the oven and serve with the tomato sauce.
