Trader Joe’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Chocolate Chip Cookies every bite is heavenly and delicious to have with my regular coffee. I have been serving these cookies to my family at their tea time every day, and they love to have them. Bring a medium-sized bowl and add flour into this bowl.

Then you have to sprinkle the salt into this flour and mix the baking soda.

Then in another bowl, you have to add the butter, which is already softened. Add the confections sugar and brown sugar into the butter.

Whisk the mixture or blend using the electric hand blender. Make sure the butter is blended and all the sugars are dissolved.

Then in a separate bowl, break an egg and pour the vanilla extract into it. Blend both of them.

Combine the dry mixture with the egg one and stir well to combine them properly. Mix using your spatula.

In this mixture, you must add the chocolate chips and mix them in folds the mixture. You have to refrigerate the mixture for half an hour.

Then make cookies out of this dough by spreading it on a floured surface and using a cookie cutter.

Put all the cookies in a pan and start baking. Continue baking for a few minutes. Take a break to press the cookies from the top and bake again for five more minutes.

Your cookies are then ready to serve after air cooling.
