  • 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 red or green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked elbow pasta
  • 5 oz canned corn, drained
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoon sour cream

  1. Stir fry the ground beef with onion and bell pepper in a heated heavy-bottomed pan. Let the meat change its color while cooking.
  2. Now drain your cooked meat and then add garlic and pepper flakes into it while cooking on the stove.
  3. You have to add all the remaining ingredients like diced tomatoes, bay leaves, and sugar. Also, don’t forget to add the sauces. Let everything simmer for 10 minutes.
