- Hot water: ¼ cup per serving
- Vanilla: A vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste is used. If you love a stronger vanilla flavor use vanilla paste
- Milk or choice ¾ cup each serving: Both dairy and non-dairy milk can be used. Oat milk, almond milk, coconut milk, cashew milk, soya milk, etc are all multiple alternatives that taste best.
- Sweetener ( as per choice): You can use any sweetener but a natural one like Honey or agave syrup are most healthy options to use
Utensils needed
- Kettle or oven to heat the water
- Matcha bowl or any other big bowl
- Saucepan or Whisk or a fork or milk frother(additional)
Instructions for Hot Vanilla Matcha
Firstly warm milk in a saucepan on the stove over a low medium or in the oven. Remove from heat and set aside for a few minutes. Mix in it sweetener and vanilla syrup.
On the other hand, pour milk, sweetener, and vanilla paste into a milk frother and turn on till the ingredients mix well.
Add a gram of matcha about ½ tablespoon to 2 oz i.e. 1/4th cup of hot water in a bowl.
