Ingredients for Velveeta Pimento Cheese
- 6 ounces of Cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (4-ounce) jar of diced Pimentos
- 1/4 tablespoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 cups freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
Method to make the Velveeta Pimento Cheese
Firstly bring the diced Pimentos and drain them. After draining them, set them aside.
Bring a large mixing bowl and start adding all the ingredients one by one into it.
Firstly add the mayonnaise into the bowl and then add the cream cheese into this mayo which was kept at room temperature.
Stir and then pour some hot sauce into this mixture. Then start adding the seasonings one by one into the bowl mixture.
Sprinkle some salt and black pepper into it and then add the garlic powder and the onion powder at the same time.
Use an electric blender or beater to mix it and also keep the heat medium to high while blending.
Once well blended, you must bring both types of cheese and add this Parmesan cheese and the sharp cheddar cheese into the mixture. Also, add the Pimentos at the same time.
Put in the refrigerator and then after refrigeration for a longer period, you must serve your good textured Velveeta Pimento Cheese.
