  2. Take a deep pot and then boil the peeled potatoes in the boiling water. The boiling should continue for at least 45 minutes.
  3. You can check if the potatoes are good boiled or enough soft by poking in a fork.
  4. Drain the boiled water and then let the potatoes for some time to be able to touch them.
  5. Use a masher or the equipment you feel is easy to use to mash your boiled potatoes.
  6. Pour some mayonnaise into it then use the seasonings to add flavor like garlic powder and salt. In the end, add chives.
