Method to make Yummy Whole Wheat Pancakes

  1. Bring a large-sized non-stick frying pan and put it on medium heat. Wait for it to get heated.
  2. Take a glass bowl and mix the whole wheat flour with baking powder. Add some salt and also sprinkle the cinnamon in it.
  3. In another small bowl break an egg and beat it well. Then pour the oat milk into this egg. Also, add the vanilla essence and gain blend everything well together.
  4. Let stand the egg mixture for a few minutes. Then mix both the dry and the wet mixtures together in a big bowl. Stir well to form a thick liquid batter.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to the heated pan. Scoop the batter and spread it on the pan. Cook one side completely and then flip it to another side.
  6. Cook until both sides rose well and get baked.  You need to use a flat spatula to flip the pancake and take it out of the pan.
  7. Transfer the cooked pancake to the serving plate and drizzle enough maple syrup over it and sprinkle the sugar powder. Top with fruits like strawberries or blackberries and Serve instantly.
