Wild Bills Beef Jerky Recipe

Beef Jerky is a recipe for grilling thinly sliced beef strips after marination and these are cooked to a burnt brown color. This Beef jerky is just like a crispy chewy snack that tastes like a bunch of flavors which are all present in every bite of the beef jerky strip.

Wild Bills Beef Jerky is an American appetizer that is a little bit time-consuming but you can get it done in the most delicious way ever and I suggest you go for grilling instead of any other method of cooking the Jerky.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 lb lean grounded beef
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoon honey

Method to Make The Wild Bills Beef Jerky

First of all, dice the meat using your large-sized knife into thin strips.

Then, you have to prepare the marination for your beef. For this purpose bring a medium-sized glass bowl.

Add the ingredients one by one into the bowl including the soy sauce, and the Worcestershire sauce, and then add sugar to it. Stir well to dissolve the sugar in it.

Bring the onion and garlic powder and add to it. Now that your marination is all prepared, put the beef into the marination. Let stand for half an hour while covered with the plastic sheet.

Uncover the bowl and take the marinated strips out of the marination. Put the marinated beef strips on the preheated grill but make sure to oil the grill before using.

Put the strips one by one on the grill and cook for a longer time at low heat. Once brown and dehydrated enough, turn off the heat, and your beef jerky is ready to serve.

FAQs?

Can we bake the Beef Jerky?

Baking the jerky is not a suitable way of making beef jerky. This will not make the jerky dehydrated and crispy. Else moisture will be left in it. Grill it instead of baking it for perfect results.

What to serve along with the beef Jerky?

Serve the beef Jerky with ketchup or dips like an avocado dip or onion garlic dip. It is crispy in every bite and you have to pull every bit out of the whole. It has a little burnt flavor and that is its specialty.
