Firstly you have to prep for the recipe. Bring the sausages and then clean them by removing their skins. Once these are cleaned and the skin is removed, you should chop them.
Take a cooking pot and then put the chopped sausages into this pot. Turn on the heat on the stove and let cook.
Bring the onions and dice them. Finely diced onions then should be thrown into the cooking pot along with the sausages.
Continue frying both of them together and make sure you have not added any sort of oil or butter in it. The mixture is completely dried.
Bring the beef or chicken stock and pour it into the cooking pot. Stir well. Boil the mixture and then let it simmer for some time to develop the flavors in it.
In the next step, you must add the rice to the simmering broth. Once the rice is added you should add the tomatoes at the same time.
This will take a simmering of almost 20 minutes. Bring the spinach and add this fresh spinach to the cooking pot in which the whole mixture is already simmering.
Sprinkle the essential spices including salt and pepper. Stir well so that it will be settled properly.
Once the soup gets the required color and texture, you should turn off the heat and let it air cool.
Bring the shredded mozzarella cheese to top of your cooked sausage mixture.
Serve hot after sprinkling the cheese.
