Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 green onion diced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
  • Tablespoon chili flakes

Instructions

  • Bring all the ingredients near you on the shelf. You must make sure everything is in the exact measured quantity.
  • Then peel off the cucumber.
  • Slice the cucumber lengthwise and then make cubes out of it. Put the sliced cucumber in a bowl.
  • Then you have to sprinkle sugar on the sliced cucumber and then mix it.
  • In the next step, mince the garlic.
  • Make a garlic and chili flake mixture in a separate container. Pour some hot oil into these seasonings.
  • Then pour vinegar into it. Your sauce is ready.
  • Slice the green onions and then drain water from the cucumber.
  • Mix the green onions with the cucumber and then add green onions to it. Pour sauce into it. Stir well.
  • Transfer the salad to the serving dish and have fun.
