Firstly, after lining the baking sheet with the foil sheet, preheat the oven. The major point here is maintaining the temperature. Maintain the temperature to 400 degrees.
Then the process of slicing begins.
Slice each apricot into four strips that are followed by slicing each prosciutto into another four strips.
In each smoked sausage, stuff the sliced apricots and then wrap this with a slice or strip of prosciutto.
Place them one y one on the foil sheet
Then now comes the time for baking. Bake your stuffed smokies for 18-20 minutes.
In the meantime when the smokies are being baked, prepare a liquid by mixing the vinegar with the honey. Mix well and drizzle the liquid sauce over the smokies.
Insert the toothpicks in each smoky one by one before serving in a dish.
