Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs

  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Sear the Chicken

  • Begin by heating olive oil in a large skillet. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then sear them until they turn golden brown. This initial step locks in the juices and flavors.

The Apricot Glaze
