Ingredients

  • 1 package of Pillsbury's thin crust pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of baby spinach leaves
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup thinly sliced onions
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  • Open the package and unroll the refrigerated pizza dough. Ou the dough on the baking sheet and brush the top of the dough with olive oil.
  • Bake the oiled dough for 7-8 minutes in the preheated oven at 400 degrees. Once done remove the dough from the oven and let stand aside.
  • Put a non-stick pan on the stovetop and heat it at low flame. Once the butter gets melted in the pan stir fry the diced onion in this butter and also sprinkle slat on it.
  • Once the onion has started turning brown, add the mushrooms to it. Cook the mushroom in the fried onions for 15 minutes and then add the minced garlic in it.
  • Now bring your dough, spread the cooked mushroom mixture over this dough, and also sprinkle the spinach over it.
  • Then make layers of the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Once done, bake your layered pizza in the oven for 8-10 minutes or wait until the cheese gets melted.
  • Get it out of the oven, sprinkle thyme over it and serve with the sauce.
