In a bowl, mix vinegar with green chilies and put this mixture aside.
In a frying pan, squeeze some oil and add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 1-2 minutes. Then add onion and fry.
Add green capsicum strips, turmeric powder, dried mango powder, salt, red chili powder, and thin paneer strips. Stir-fry for at least one minute.
Then turn off the heat and put your paneer sauce aside.
Now for the filling, Take a roomali roti and put a lettuce leaf over it. Then make a layer of your paneer mixture over this lettuce leaf with fried capsicum and drizzle some drops of the vinegar and chili mixture. It will add an extra flavor.
Then make the shape of a roll covered with aluminum foil or paper wrap.
Make the rest of the wraps in the same way and Serve them to your Guests with chutney and ketchup.
