Paula Deen's Banana Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (5-oz) box instant French vanilla pudding mix
  • 1  (12-oz) container frozen whipped topping, or sweetened whipped cream
  • 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 to 8 bananas, sliced
  • 2 bags chessmen cookies

Instructions

  • In a 13x9x2 inch dish, layer 1 bag of cookies in the bottom and one layer of sliced bananas on the top. You can arrange this in glasses as well if you want.
  • In a bowl, combine milk and pudding mix and mix them well with an electric mixer.
  • Now, in another bowl, combine condense milk and cream cheese together. Mix them well until smooth.
  • Take whipped topping and fold it into cream cheese mixture. Then add cream cheese mixture into pudding mixture and mix them until blended well.
  • Pour the mixture on to cookies and bananas. Place the remainingcookies on the top and place the dish in refrigerator for 1 hour then serve it.
  • Enjoy! Banana pudding is ready.

Notes

For your Banana Pudding, choose bananas that are ripe, but not too soft or brownish.
