To make the Bourbon Chicken, you first have to make a marinade for your chicken breasts.
Mix the soy sauce with the ginger and onion flakes. Mix then add sugar and garlic powder with bourbon.
Your marinade is ready. Put the chicken in a bowl and pour the prepared seasoning on your chicken breasts. Leave the chicken overnight to let it absorb all the flavors from the seasoning.
The oven is already preheated to 365 degrees. Take the dish out of the refrigerator and bake.
