Ruby Tuesday Hickory Bourbon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 ounces soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 3 tablespoon cup onion flakes
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 3/8 cup bourbon

Instructions

  • To make the Bourbon Chicken, you first have to make a marinade for your chicken breasts.
  • Mix the soy sauce with the ginger and onion flakes. Mix then add sugar and garlic powder with bourbon.
  • Your marinade is ready. Put the chicken in a bowl and pour the prepared seasoning on your chicken breasts. Leave the chicken overnight to let it absorb all the flavors from the seasoning.
  • The oven is already preheated to 365 degrees. Take the dish out of the refrigerator and bake.
  • An hour is required to get the chicken cooked as in this duration chicken will get all the juices in it and get softened from inside.
  • Serve the baked chicken Bourbon after drizzling the bourbon glaze over it.
