Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (vanilla flavored)
  • 1 scoop of protein (chocolate flavored)
  • 1/4 cup nonfat yogurt (plain)
  • 3 dates
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender, cover with the lid and press the start button. Blend all the ingredients until smooth paste forms and transfer it to a glass.
  • A filling and nutritious smoothie is ready to serve. Enjoy.
