Ingredients
1 medium banana
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (vanilla flavored)
1 scoop of protein (chocolate flavored)
1/4 cup nonfat yogurt (plain)
3 dates
1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a blender, cover with the lid and press the start button. Blend all the ingredients until smooth paste forms and transfer it to a glass.
A filling and nutritious smoothie is ready to serve. Enjoy.
