Method to make the Yard House Garlic Noodles
Bring the garlic cloves and mince them and also chop the green onions at the same time.
You have to prepare the sauce for your recipe.
Bring the pasta and cook it according to all the steps and regulations written on the package of pasta. Make sure to add a little quantity of salt to the boiling pasta. Then you have to prepare the lobster tails in the next step. Make sure to prepare them then marinate them properly for frying.
Put the frying pan and heat it up over low heat. Add some oil or butter to the pan and heat it.
Add the minced garlic into the frying pan and cook it until brown. Bring the green onions and add them to it. Then bring the sauce which you prepared earlier, and pour it into it.
Bring the cooked noodles and add them to the cooked or simmered sauce.
If you feel that the sauce gets too thick, then you should add a little quantity of pasta water to it. In the end, bring the shredded Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it all over the cooked pasta. Sprinkle some salt and pepper if needed.
In another frying pan, heat some butter and add the prepared lobsters to cook them. Once cooked, put all the cooked lobsters on top of the serving bowl of noodles.
Serve while hot after sprinkling the diced green onions.
