  2. Once the chicken is cooked let it stand aside for some time.
  3. In the next step, add the remaining oil to the pot and fry the onion-garlic mixture in it. Once the onion turned browned as is transparent, pour water into the pot.
  4. Stir and wait until the mixture is boiled. Once it gets to a boil, add the yellow rice mix to the water. Boil it and then let it simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Now place the cooked chicken and broccoli over the rice and heat them.
  6. In the end, sprinkle all the shredded cheese at the top of the dish, let it stand on the heat for a few minutes so that the cheese can melt, and then remove it from heat.
