Zebra Brownies Recipe

  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil

  • 1/4 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • 2 medium-sized eggs

Method to make the Yummy Zebra Brownies

  1. Bring the baking pan to the oven which you are preheating already at the suitable temperature of 350 degrees. Prepare the pan using oil or butter. You can also use the cooking spray.
  2. Take a mixing bowl of suitable size and add the brownie mix into this bowl. Pour a little water into it.
  3. Then drop some oil in the brownie mix. Beat the eggs separately and mix them into your brownie mix batter.
  4. Use the hand mix or the electric one to blend the mixture well. I think that the hand mix will be enough.
  5. Bring the already prepared pan and transfer the brownie batter to this pan. Make sure to make an even layer.
  6. Then take another mixing bowl or clean the same one to use again. Add cream cheese into it and blend. Pour the pure vanilla extract into it.
  7. Add a little quantity of sugar to it. Combine the individually beaten eggs into the whole mixture.
  8. Make a layer of filling mix over your batter and if there is any batter left, pour it over the layer of filling.
  9. Then to make the zebra texture, use a knife or fork and run it several times over your batter.
  10. Put the prepared mixture in the oven bake for 45  minutes and take out the baked brownie.
