Ingredients
- 3 cups of chicken breast cooked
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 3/4 cup FODMAP safe mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
How to prepare chicken salad
First, shred the chicken breasts and add to a large mixing bowl.
Add celery, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix them well.
