Apple Crumb Pie by Pioneer Woman

Apple pie is one of the most used and abused recipes because there are many variations. It is also true that the number of recipes to prepare really tasty apple pies grows exponentially and, above all, the methods and ingredients used are changing. This is the case of this apple pie with caramel, a very tasty variation of the original recipe.

It is one of those recipes that, despite the simplicity, make it very good, and serving a slice of this pie accompanied by a nice coffee as a snack or at breakfast with a good cappuccino or a latte is a real pleasure for everyone.

The peculiarity of this apple pie is that it is rich and greedy, sweet but not too much, with a rustic flavor that does not go unnoticed: it is for this reason that it goes very well with coffee, cappuccino, milk and that if possible it should be accompanied by a good dose of fresh cream.

Please note that this recipe is inspired by Pioneer Woman’s Apple crumb pie recipe with little variations.
