Banana Nut Bread Recipe

  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon grounded cinnamon
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mashed bananas
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large sized eggs at room temperature

Method to make yummy Banana Nut Bread

  1. Take a medium-sized mixing bowl and sift the flour in this glass bowl. Add cinnamon to it. Sprinkle some salt and combine the baking soda with the rest of the flour mixture.
  2. Make sure that the cinnamon added to your mixture is grounded. Slightly and gently combine the whole dry mixture.
  3. Then add the butter to a bowl. Combine sugar with this butter and stir well using an electric beater. Make sure all the sugar is melted in it.
  4. Add eggs into the mixture and beat them until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl and mash them well. Then combine these mashed bananas into the egg and butter mixture. Pour the vanilla extract into it.
  6. Then combine the dry mixture with this wet batter. Mix well and once you are done beating, add the chopped walnuts and nuts. Stir a little.
  7. Pour the batter into your prepared and sprayed baking dish. Cook for an hour and take out. Let stand for a few minutes on the cooling rack.
