Banana Nut Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon grounded cinnamon
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mashed bananas
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large sized eggs at room temperature

Instructions

  • Take a medium-sized mixing bowl and sift the flour in this glass bowl. Add cinnamon to it. Sprinkle some salt and combine the baking soda with the rest of the flour mixture.
  • Make sure that the cinnamon added to your mixture is grounded. Slightly and gently combine the whole dry mixture.
  • Then add the butter to a bowl. Combine sugar with this butter and stir well using an electric beater. Make sure all the sugar is melted in it.
  • Add eggs into the mixture and beat them until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl and mash them well. Then combine these mashed bananas into the egg and butter mixture. Pour the vanilla extract into it.
  • Then combine the dry mixture with this wet batter. Mix well and once you are done beating, add the chopped walnuts and nuts. Stir a little.
  • Pour the batter into your prepared and sprayed baking dish. Cook for an hour and take out. Let stand for a few minutes on the cooling rack.
  • Then wrap to store or serve as it is.
