4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lb)
1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
1 ½ teaspoons parsley flakes
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon garlic pepper blend
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
How to cook chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare 13×9 baking dish by spraying with cooking spray.
Season both sides of chicken breasts with oil then sprinkle the remaining ingredients on both sides.
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until chicken breasts or tender and juice is clear when cut from center.
Remove the baking dish from oven. Place chicken breasts on plates, garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Tips
You can store well-shredded chicken breasts pieces in freezer and use them later in tacos, soups or casseroles.
