Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare 13x9 baking dish by spraying with cooking spray.
Season both sides of chicken breasts with oil then sprinkle the remaining ingredients on both sides.
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until chicken breasts or tender and juice is clear when cut from center.
Remove the baking dish from oven. Place chicken breasts on plates,garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

You can store well-shredded chicken breasts pieces in freezer and use them later in tacos, soups or casseroles.
Cook the chicken breasts until they are no-longer pink in the center. Check the largest piece by cutting it from center. Remove small pieces before from oven if they are cooked earlier than large pieces.
