Bisquick Pineapple Upside Down Cake

This is a super quick, easy and fun pineapple upside down cake with bisquick that is quite exciting than the traditional cake. Both kids and adults will love this amazing pineapple cake.

All ingredients are store-bought and the recipe is quite cheap to make. This is a quick and simple dessert that you can make within one hour and enjoy with your friends and family.

You can change this recipe and make a Banana upside down cake, Raspberry upside down cake, Pear upside down cake or make with whatever fruit you like.

Ingredients

  • 20 oz chunk pineapple (can)
  • 2/3 c brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 c walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 c butter, sliced
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c bisquick
  • 2 Tbsp sugar

How to make bisquick pineapple cake

Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a 9 inch pan with cooking spray.

Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, walnuts, and butter. Set aside.

Mix 2/3 cup pineapple juice (from can) with the egg. Add bisquick and sugar and mix until sugar is dissolved.

Layer the bisquick mixture into the baking pan and sprinkle half of the brown sugar. Add a layer of pineapple and sprinkle the remaining brown sugar.

Bake for 25 minutes until the pick comes out clean.

Remove from oven. Let the cake cool down completely then slice and serve.
