Making the sauce

Take a bowl and add all the sauce ingredients into this bowl. Avoid the addition of corn starch.

Make cornstarch slurry separately in another container and put it aside.

Bring a large-sized pan, transfer the mixture to the pan, and cook at slow heat. Once simmered, add cornstarch slurry into it and then simmer for some time.

Preparing the Chicken

Pour oil into a cooking pan and then heat it.

While the oil is getting heated, whisk eggs in a bowl and add chicken pieces. Take out the lemon zest.

Then combine the cornstarch with the flour and then coat the egg-coated chicken pieces in the flour.
