Pour oil into a cooking pan and then heat it.
While the oil is getting heated, whisk eggs in a bowl and add chicken pieces. Take out the lemon zest.
Then combine the cornstarch with the flour and then coat the egg-coated chicken pieces in the flour.
Put the chicken pieces aside. Then divide the chicken into two halves and fry in the heated oil. Once the chicken is browned in the oil, take it out and put it on the paper towels.
Once frying is done, add the chicken pieces to the cooked hot orange sauce. Stir to coat the chicken, and then in the end, garnish by sprinkling the diced green onions.
Serve the Orange chicken in your dinner.
