I have been a chicken soup lover for a really long, but now this obsession is changed from chicken soup to chicken noodle soup. You can choose any flavor of the noodles but in this recipe, we have added egg noodles to the chicken soup.   • 4 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 chicken Bouillon Cubes
  • 1 (5-6 lbs) whole chicken
  • 12 cups of water
  • 4 large-sized carrots
  • 4 fresh celery stalks
  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

  1. First of all prep all your vegetables and seasonings so that you can easily perform while cooking.
  2. Dice vegetables like onion, carrots, and celery, and mince the garlic cloves.
  3. Take a soup pan or simple large-sized pot and drop the olive oil into it. Add the diced carrots which are then showered with salt and Pepper.
  4. Stir fry the veggies until these turn to be soft. Now fill this vegetable pot with 12 cups of water. Also, put the chicken in this pot.
  5. Wait for the soup to get boiled. You should simmer it for 2 hours. The chicken is completely tenderized. Take it out of the soup and let it cool.
