Chick Fil a Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tablespoon pepper adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt adjust to taste
  • 2 1/2 cup noodles
  • 4 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 chicken Bouillon Cubes
  • 1 5-6 lbs whole chicken
  • 12 cups of water
  • 4 large-sized carrots
  • 4 fresh celery stalks
  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

  • First of all prep all your vegetables and seasonings so that you can easily perform while cooking.
  • Dice vegetables like onion, carrots, and celery, and mince the garlic cloves.
  • Take a soup pan or simple large-sized pot and drop the olive oil into it. Add the diced carrots which are then showered with salt and Pepper.
  • Stir fry the veggies until these turn to be soft. Now fill this vegetable pot with 12 cups of water. Also, put the chicken in this pot.
  • Wait for the soup to get boiled. You should simmer it for 2 hours. The chicken is completely tenderized. Take it out of the soup and let it cool.
  • Shred the chicken or dice it into smaller cubes and then return to the soup.
  • Now in the pot, put chicken bouillon cubes and bay leaves. Also, sprinkle parsley in the soup. Boil the soup once again.
  • Now add the boiled egg noodles to the simmering soup. Cook for another half an hour.
  • Serve after adjusting seasonings like salt and pepper.
