3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 (16-ounce) package spaghetti, cooked
1 tablespoon butter
2/3 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (15-ounce) jar alfredo sauce
1 (8-ounce) package processed cheese, cubed
2 (15.5-ounce) cans fire-roasted diced tomatoes, drained
1/3 cup chopped green onion
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
How to make Chicken Spaghetti
Preheat the oven to 350° and prepare the 3-quart baking dish by spraying with cooking spray.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, onion and cook for 5 minutes, keep stirring continuously. Cook until onion is tender.
Add alfredo sauce and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and smooth.
Add tomato and all remaining ingredients including cooked chicken and spaghetti and mix them well until combined.
Pour the mixture to baking dish, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
