  • 3 tbsp vanilla custard powder
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 banana, peeled and chopped
  • 3 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 4 cubed plums
  • 10-12 halved strawberries
  • 4 tbsp pomegranate
  • 1/2 cup or more sugar

How to make a yummy Fruit Custard?

  1. First of all, in a pan, boil the milk.
  2. After the milk is boiled, grab a bowl and whisk the custard powder with half a cup of milk.
  3. Then gradually add this mixture to the boiled milk with the heat o while constantly stirring the milk.
  4. Then add sugar to it and again blend well.
  5. After you get a thick or required consistency of the custard, turn the heat off and set this cooked custard aside to cool.
  6. In the meantime, when the custard is being cooked you can also slice the fruits including bananas, apples, and plums.
  7. Then for serving, grab a glass and place some portion of this fruit mixture at the bottom of the glass. Then, pour the cooked custard at the top of the fruits.
  8. In the end to decorate your custard glass, slice the strawberries into halves and place it along the rim of the glass.
