  • 1 sliced green pepper
  • 1 cup low sodium beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 8-12 slices provolone cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 large French bread loaf

Method to make Ground Beef Philly Cheese Steak

  1. Brown the beef on medium heat, on the stovetop. You should drain the fats from the pan once the beef has changed its color.
  2. Now in the beef pan, stir fry the onion and green peppers after adding the steak seasoning in it. Sprinkle the salt and pepper on it.
  3. Using a spoon, add the corn starch to the broth and then pour it into the beef mixture. Let the mixture simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom slice of the bread and then put slices of provolone over it.
  5. Above the provolone slices, put the cooked meat and vegetable mixture.
  6. On the top slice of bread, spread a lot of mayo and put it over to turn it into a sandwich.
  7. Bring an aluminum foil and wrap the foil around the sandwich. Bake for half an hour and then slice it for serving.
