Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
  • 24 oz lean pounds beef
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 medium-sized onion sliced
  • 3 cloves grated garlic
  • 1 sliced green pepper
  • 1 cup low sodium beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 8-12 slices provolone cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 large French bread loaf

Instructions

  • Brown the beef on medium heat, on the stovetop. You should drain the fats from the pan once the beef has changed its color.
  • Now in the beef pan, stir fry the onion and green peppers after adding the steak seasoning in it. Sprinkle the salt and pepper on it.
  • Using a spoon, add the corn starch to the broth and then pour it into the beef mixture. Let the mixture simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Spread mayonnaise on the bottom slice of the bread and then put slices of provolone over it.
  • Above the provolone slices, put the cooked meat and vegetable mixture.
  • On the top slice of bread, spread a lot of mayo and put it over to turn it into a sandwich.
  • Bring an aluminum foil and wrap the foil around the sandwich. Bake for half an hour and then slice it for serving.
