- 1 carrot finely chopped
- 1/4 cabbage finely chopped
- 1 medium potato finely chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp whole wheat flour
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Steps to make delicious Vegetable Soup
- Take a deep non-stick skillet and then heat oil in it.
- After heating the oil, stir fry the onions in the heated oil.
- Chop the vegetables one by one including the potatoes, tomatoes, cabbage, and carrots.
- After you have finely chopped the veggies, add all the vegetables to the fried onion. Fry the vegetables for 5-8 minutes at least.
- To add flavor and spice to your soup, add salt and black pepper and mix well.
- Also, add a tablespoon add wheat flour in it.
- Mix well and after simmering the vegetables for a few minutes.
- Pour 6 glasses of water into it. And then let the mixture boil for quite some time.
- Once boiled, let it simmer for 10-15 more minutes.
- And there you go, your vegetable soup is ready to serve.
