Indian Vegetable Soup Sanjeev Kapoor

Ingredients

  • 1 carrot finely chopped
  • 1/4 cabbage finely chopped
  • 1 medium potato finely chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Take a deep non-stick skillet and then heat oil in it.
  • After heating the oil, stir fry the onions in the heated oil.
  • Chop the vegetables one by one including the potatoes, tomatoes, cabbage, and carrots.
  • After you have finely chopped the veggies, add all the vegetables to the fried onion. Fry the vegetables for 5-8 minutes at least.
  • To add flavor and spice to your soup, add salt and black pepper and mix well.
  • Also, add a tablespoon add wheat flour in it.
  • Mix well and after simmering the vegetables for a few minutes.
  • Pour 6 glasses of water into it. And then let the mixture boil for quite some time.
  • Once boiled, let it simmer for 10-15 more minutes.
  • And there you go, your vegetable soup is ready to serve.
