Take a deep non-stick skillet and then heat oil in it.
After heating the oil, stir fry the onions in the heated oil.
Chop the vegetables one by one including the potatoes, tomatoes, cabbage, and carrots.
After you have finely chopped the veggies, add all the vegetables to the fried onion. Fry the vegetables for 5-8 minutes at least.
To add flavor and spice to your soup, add salt and black pepper and mix well.
Also, add a tablespoon add wheat flour in it.
Mix well and after simmering the vegetables for a few minutes.
Pour 6 glasses of water into it. And then let the mixture boil for quite some time.
Once boiled, let it simmer for 10-15 more minutes.
And there you go, your vegetable soup is ready to serve.
