  • Honey to taste
  • A pinch of black pepper

  1. Before we begin the process, get all the ingredients near you ready so that it will be easier for you to perform the task.
  2. Do not remove the skin while cutting the bitter gourd as it is full of nutrition. You can remove the seeds as they will disturb you.
  3. In a juicer, extract the juice of ginger and then the juice of bitter gourd. To extract the juice that is stuck in the remaining pulp,  add some water.
  4. Now pour the extracted juice into the serving mug or a jar.
  5. In the next step, add all the rest of the ingredients, such as honey, black salt, black pepper, mint leaves, turmeric, and salt.
  6. You can add more water for the required concentration, just as you want.
