Karela Ka Juice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 karela bitter Gourd with removed seeds
  • 1 ginger sliced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder Haldi
  • 1/2 tsp Black Salt kala namak
  • Salt to taste
  • Honey to taste
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A few mint leaves

Instructions

  • Before we begin the process, get all the ingredients near you ready so that it will be easier for you to perform the task.
  • Do not remove the skin while cutting the bitter gourd as it is full of nutrition. You can remove the seeds as they will disturb you.
  • In a juicer, extract the juice of ginger and then the juice of bitter gourd. To extract the juice that is stuck in the remaining pulp,  add some water.
  • Now pour the extracted juice into the serving mug or a jar.
  • In the next step, add all the rest of the ingredients, such as honey, black salt, black pepper, mint leaves, turmeric, and salt.
  • You can add more water for the required concentration, just as you want.
  • Serve the bitter gourd juice cold or as it is so that you will have enough benefits out of it.
