Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cups salted butter (softened)
- 1 cup dark brown sugar

- 2 large eggs

In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, butter, and granulated sugar. With the help of a mixer, blend until smooth.
Add eggs, vanilla extract and mix at medium speed to combine everything well.
Then add salt, baking soda, and mix. Gradually add flour and continue mixing until thoroughly blended.
Now, add chocolate chips and mix with a spatula. Add nuts if you desire and mix.
With the help of a cookie scoop, drop onto the baking sheet keeping 2-inches gap between cookies.
Bake at 375F for 12 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven. Do not overbake. Remove baking sheet from oven and let the cookies cool before serving.
