Marcus Garvey Salad Recipe

  • 200 gms lettuce
  • Finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup boiled Kidney Beans
  • 1 avocado
  • Corn for topping

For Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 tablespoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Roughly chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 3-4 minced garlic cloves

Method to make the Marcus Gravey Salad

First of all, you have to make the dressing for your salad. Take a glass for preparing the dressing.

In this glass bowl pour the extra virgin olive oil and then add the fresh coriander leaves.

Bring the minced garlic and also add the dried oregano into the olive oil bowl.

Pour some lemon juice into it and then also add the cumin powder. Sprinkle the chili flakes all over it. Bring the hand whisk and stir well.

Now your dressing for the salad is ready. Then prepare the salad.

First of all, you have to chop the lettuce properly.

Then take a bowl and after adding lettuce into it and also add the chopped tomatoes.

Then bring the corn also add the kidney beans into it after boiling it.

In the next step add the avocado and also add chopped spring onions.

Bring the dressing and pour it into the salad mix. Stir well and then refrigerate before serving.
