Ingredients

For Salad

  • Spring onions
  • 200 gms lettuce
  • Finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup boiled Kidney Beans
  • 1 avocado
  • Corn for topping

For Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 tablespoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Roughly chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 3-4 minced garlic cloves

Instructions

  • First of all, you have to make the dressing for your salad. Take a glass for preparing the dressing.
  • In this glass bowl pour the extra virgin olive oil and then add the fresh coriander leaves.
  • Bring the minced garlic and also add the dried oregano into the olive oil bowl.
  • Pour some lemon juice into it and then also add the cumin powder. Sprinkle the chili flakes all over it. Bring the hand whisk and stir well.
  • Now your dressing for the salad is ready. Then prepare the salad.
  • First of all, you have to chop the lettuce properly.
  • Then take a bowl and after adding lettuce into it and also add the chopped tomatoes.
  • Then bring the corn also add the kidney beans into it after boiling it.
  • In the next step add the avocado and also add chopped spring onions.
  • Bring the dressing and pour it into the salad mix. Stir well and then refrigerate before serving.
